MILWAUKEE-Daniel Bruckner, a Fox Point landlord, has sold two sites in Milwaukee to Jomela Properties. In January, Bruckner filed for Chapter 11 restructuring, listing over 30 properties in Milwaukee and neighboring communities.
Bruckner sold two apartment complexes, which comprise 270 apartments, at 4601 S. First St. and 4568 S. 20th St. for $11.1 million to Jomela. He will use the proceeds to pay off debts in Chapter 11 reorganization. The value of the two Milwaukee properties was assed at $12.3 million.
