MIAMI-Rilea Group is set to sell a condo site on Brickell Avenue in Miami for $17.37 million to a Spanish investment group. The parking garage, which sits on 1 acre, was recently rezoned for a 43-story, 328-unit condominium tower.
Rilea Group's 1080 Brickell LLC purchased the parking lot, which serves the nearby office building, in 2006 for $9.5 million. MDR Toledo, managed by Maria Moratiel Del Pilar Entrena and Manuel Moratiel Llarena, is the buyer. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
