HARRISBURG, PA-Three industrial facilities totaling 2.1 million square feet in suburban Harrisburg have changed hands. In Elizabethtown, Exeter Property Group seized the 290,000-square-foot industrial facility at 1499 Zeager Road within Conewago Industrial Park.
In Carlisle, Hillwood sold two bulk distribution centers comprising a total area of approximately 1.8 million square feet in the I-81 Industrial Corridor to KTR Capital Partners.
