GT Industrial Buys Industrial Building, Secures New Tenant

EULESS, TX-GT Industrial Properties has purchased an industrial building measuring 103,000 square feet at 1400 Westpark Way in Euless.

EULESS, TX-GT Industrial Properties has purchased an industrial building measuring 103,000 square feet at 1400 Westpark Way in Euless. Structural and Steel Products MFG has taken 70,000 square feet within the industrial building from the owner.

GT Industrial will market the remaining 33,000 square feet for lease. The Weitzman Group's Jonathan Diamond and Larry Denisoff represented Camtech Precision Manufacturing, the seller, in the deal. GT Industrial Properties' Britton New and Gregg Trenor worked on the lease deal with the tenant. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
