DALLAS-Representatives from Jones Lang LaSalle's local office negotiated five office and industrial leases totaling 80,770 square feet. In one transaction, local CPA firm Lain Faulkner and Co. signed a 12,530-square-foot extension on its current office space at the Hartford Building, 400 N. St. Paul St. in Dallas' CBD.

JLL's Calvin Hull and Carl Ewert represented the tenant; JP Realty Partners' Chad Traxler represented the landlord, Liberty Bankers Life Insurance Co.

JLL brokers also negotiated the following:

  • Bacardi USA signed an extension on its 8,176-square-foot office lease at Granite Park III at 5601 Granite Parkway in Plano, TX. Jones Lang LaSalle's Brooke Armstrong and Rachel Brown represented the tenant. Robert Jimenez of Granite Properties Inc. represented the landlord in house.
  • Gentiva renewed its 6,647-square-foot office lease at 2630 West Freeway in Fort Worth. Ryan Matthews and Sandy Holton with JLL represented the tenant. Landlord Park Gardens LP was self-represented.
  • Schindler Elevator leased 25,597 square feet of industrial flex space at Park 114, 6641 N. Beltline Rd. in Irving, TX. Forshey Hoobler and Michael Haggar with JLL represented the tenant. Jeremy Kelly with Stream Realty Partners represented ORIX, the landlord.
  • Sun Coast Farms Texas LLC leased 26,820 square feet of industrial space at Valwood 42, 1640 Wallace Dr. in Carrollton, TX. Terry Darrow and Forshey Hoobler with JLL represented the tenant. Holt Lunsford's Scott Moore represented Cobalt, the landlord.

PHOENIX

  • Canico Capital Group LLC sold a 62,180-square-foot industrial building at 19621 N. 23rd Dr. to PRI Deer Valley LLC for $1.03 million. Paul Boyle, Rick Danis and Gary Anderson with Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller. Pat Harlan with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. represented the buyer.

CHANDLER, AZ

  • HFP Group LLC acquired the 67,561-square-foot Chandler Corporate Center at 585 N. Juniper Dr. from Corporate Center Investments LLC. Chris Toci, Chad Littell, Karsten Peterson and Dave Seeger with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. represented the buyer and seller.

LEWISVILLE, TX

  • Multi-Building Inc. disposed of 3.07 acres at 816 E. State Highway 121 to a local real estate investor. Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Dan Spika represented the seller; Richard Patten of Patten Realty represented the buyer, who will use the acreage for a used-car lot.
  • Paul Guzik sold 3.2 acres at 997 E. Main St. to CB Green Investments. The site, zoned for heavy industrial use, includes a 4,000-square-foot office building. Dan Spika with Henry S. Miller Brokerage negotiated the sale between buyer and seller.

MESA, AZ

  • Banner Health acquired 21 acres east of the southeast corner of US 60 and Greenfield Road from Crisko LLC for $6.3 million. Brent Moser, Mike Sutton and Brooks Griffith with Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller. Pat Williams with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the buyer.

RICHARDSON, TX

  • H-H Retail LLC sold 1.29 acres at the northwest corner of Campbell Road and Lake Park Boulevard to Rick Ikeler and Brad Gibbs of SRSRE Partners, representing A&S Ellington Properties LLC, a franchisee for Chicken Express. The buyer plans to break ground on a Chicken Express restaurant this summer, which is scheduled to open by year end. Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Daniel Harris represented the seller.

TULSA, OK

  • Stan Johnson Co. completed the portfolio sale of five dental clinics in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas for a combined sales price of $9.48 million. The clinics are 100% leased to My Dentist. Toby Scrivner, Jeff Matulis and Karen Vinsko of Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller, a developer based in Oklahoma City, and the buyer, an institutional REIT from New York.

  • Cele North America signed a 6,360 square-foot least at 1212 Dolton Dr. Hanes Chatham from Stream Realty represented the tenant. Adam Graham with Lee & Associates represented the landlord, East Group Properties.
  • JP Morgan expanded by 2,500 square feet at Red Mountain Resources at Chateau Plaza, 2515 McKinney Ave. Tommy Nelson and Sarah Erickson from Stream Realty represented the tenant.

HOUSTON

  • GHX Industrial LLC signed a, 18,000-square-foot, stand-alone office/warehouse build-to-suit at Northwest Place Industrial Park at Little York and Bingle Roads. James E. Foreman, Louis “Beau” Kaleel and Stephen Schneidau with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented the landlord, Levey Development & Construction. Eric Lestin of Lestin Partners LLC represented the tenant.

IRVING, TX

  • Access Plans signed a 10,438-square-foot lease at 1701 Market Place Blvd. Sarah Erickson and Beth Boyd with Stream Realty represented landlord Westway One in the transaction.
  • DCT Industrial retained two tenants for its Freeport Business Center. Rockwell Collins leased 13,500 square feet and Fred Hall & Associates leased 6,449 square feet. Blake Kendrick and Jeremy Kelly from Stream Realty represented DCT Industrial

  • Christ's Church of the Valley at La Curvata leased two buildings totaling 39,016 square feet at 18850 N. Pima Rd. and 19030 N. Pima Rd. Michael Kitlica with Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented Christ’s Church. Jeff Wentworth, Blake Hastings and Sean Spellman with Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the landlord, Harvest Investments.

  • Dr. James Hughes extended a 2,975 square-foot lease for five years at 21 Spurs Lane. Seth Prescott from Stream Realty represented the tenant.
