PARIS-Redevco France is marketing its L'Ellipse office building in La Defense, a major business district of Paris, for EUR 24 million. The L'Ellipse building comprises 63,507 square feet of office space arranged over nine floors.
The Fiducial Real Estate group bought L'Ellipse through Escurial SAS. The building has capacity to accommodate almost 300 workstations. The Ecole Superieure de l'Immobilier (FNAIM Group) currently occupies portion of the building. The Ginisty and Savills advised Redevco on the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
