LAS VEGAS-New York City hasn't lagged as the number one retail market in the country, said Andrew Goldberg, an executive vice president at CBRE who specializes in retail in the city. Goldberg spoke with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter live at the CBRE booth at RECon about retail trends in New York.
