PLYMOUTH, UK-The redevelopment of a Torquay waterfront site has advanced a step closer to becoming a reality. Palm Court (Torquay) Limited has purchased the Palm Court Hotel site, which was damaged due to fire in December 2010.

The company has received planning permission for the redevelopment of the Victorian seafront hotel into a residential and restaurant complex.
