LOUISVILLE, KY-Viking Partners Fund II LLC has acquired Stonefield Square Shopping Center, a 90,000-square-foot retail center situated along Shelbyville Road in Louisville. The private equity real estate investment firm acquired the nonperforming note secured by Stonefield Square Shopping Center.
