LONDON-Capital & Regional's Junction Fund has acquired the remaining 35% stake in the Junction Thurrock Unit Trust. Strathclyde Pension Fund Property Unit Trust No 2. sold the minority interest to Junction Fund and purchased West Thurrock Retail Park as well as the adjoining Kiddicare unit.
The Junction Fund now holds 100% of Tunnel Retail Park, Lakeside Extra Retail Park and Lakeside Leisure Park at Thurrock. All together, the developments offer 268,000 square feet of retail space. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
