
CHICAGO-Antheus Capital LLC has picked up a four-story multifamily property in Hyde Park for $6.8 million. Englewood, New Jersey-based company purchased the 63-unit apartment building at 5222 S. Drexel Blvd. from Cedar Street Capital LP, an apartment investor based in Chicago.
The sales price breaks down to about $108,000 per unit. Cedar Street acquired building for $3.6 million in 2008 from BMO Harris Bank NA. Chicago-based Interra Realty LLC principals David Goss and Jon Morgan represented both parties in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
