Publix Pays $12M for Reedy Branch Commons

JACKSONVILLE, FL-Publix Supermarkets Inc. has acquired Reedy Branch Commons, a 75,900-square-foot retail center at 10920 Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville, for $11.7 million.

JACKSONVILLE, FL-Publix Supermarkets Inc. has acquired Reedy Branch Commons, a 75,900-square-foot retail center at 10920 Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville, for $11.7 million. The shopping center was sold by BlackRock Inc.

Publix owns Deerwood Village, Middle Beach Commons, Publix at Arlington River and Oakleaf Plantation Center in the Jacksonville area. Reedy Branch Commons is 96% occupied. Karl Johnston from Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc.'s capital markets group negotiated the deal on behalf of BlackRock. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
