PARIS-Swiss Life Assurance et Patrimoine SA has purchased 148 rue de l'Universite from Invesco Real Estate for an undisclosed price.

PARIS-Swiss Life Assurance et Patrimoine SA has purchased 148 rue de l'Universite from Invesco Real Estate for an undisclosed price. The 129,166-square-foot property is situated on the southern corner of Paris' CBD.

The property was renovated in 2010 to house Casino's Paris headquarters. It is currently leased to Casino, Air France LBO. K & L Associates, Swiss Life Immobilier and WRAGGE&Co. advised the buyer, while the notary office 3 place des victoires in Paris and Linklaters LLP advised seller in the deal.
