RAINBOW CITY, AL-An ownership group based in Birmingham has recently purchased two apartment complexes in Rainbow City. Two limited liability companies acquired the 148-unit Spring Lake Lodge and the 108-unit Sutton Bridge earlier this month.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The buyers' companies, Spring Lake Investors LLC and Sutton Bridge Partners LLC, are owned by a group of investors from Birmingham.
