GARLAND, TX-Westmount Realty Capital has bought a distribution center in Garland with plans to carry out major improvements. According to The Dallas Morning News, the three-building industrial complex, situated in the Garland Business Park, spans 1.1 million square feet and is located at 2600 McCree Road.
The Morning News reported that Dallas-based Westmount has plans to rebrand the property as Garland Logistics Park and start the renovation work immediately. The complex comprises a refrigerated warehouse and dry storage facility. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
