LOUISVILLE, KY-Boyd Co. LLC is planning to purchase an East End building to house its subsidiaries. The company has signed a contract with Linn Station Group LLC to purchase an office building measuring 45,000 square feet at 10001 Linn Station Road in Plainview.
The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority has granted preliminary approval to Boyd Co. for up to $650,000 in state tax incentives. Boyd Co.'s subsidiaries will use the building as corporate headquarters. For the full story, go to Louisville Business First .
