COLUMBUS, OH- The Connor Group, a real estate investment firm based Centerville, has completed the acquisition of a luxury apartment complex called River Oaks in Columbus. Price details were not disclosed. The company purchased the 288-unit multifamily community out of foreclosure. It is the company's ninth apartment complex acquisition in Columbus. River Oaks, constructed in 1998, situated between Upper Arlington and Hilliard, off Dublin Road.
