PEWAUKEE, WI-American TV & Appliance has unloaded its 288,000-square-foot distribution center in Pewaukee. The Westmoreland Co. of Alabama paid $11.5 million for the two-building industrial facility on Duplainville Road.
American TV will continue to use the facility through a long-term term. The 24-acre site is situated on the south side of Capitol Drive. The Pewaukee facility is the first property for Westmoreland in Wisconsin. Duplainville Road LLC, a Westmoreland affiliate, is the official purchase of the building.
