YONKERS, NY-Kawasaki Rail Car Inc. has agreed to purchase its building and renewed its commitment to keep 375 jobs in Yonkers. The Japanese manufacturer has agreed to acquire the 239,000-square-foot factory in Yonkers for $25 million from National Resources Inc. and double its office space to nearly 60,000 square feet in a nearby facility for 15 years.
