ALEXANDRIA, VA-Dallas-based The Milestone Group and New York-based The Praedium Group have purchased two apartment complexes in Alexandria. The two companies paid $125.5 million for the complexes comprising 556 apartment units.
The properties include Palladium Court and Edgewater Lane. The Palladium Court complex comprises 132 units in five buildings and the Edgewater Lane complex contains 424 units in 16 buildings.
