
DUSSELDORF, GERMANY-Hansteen Holdings has acquired six logistics facilities in Germany. The company paid EUR 26 million to Dexus Funds Management Ltd. for the logistics properties totaling 1,367,016 square feet.
The acquisition amount represents a capital value of GBP 15.25 per square foot. The portfolio comprises quality distribution warehouses that are suitable for modern occupational requirements and have motorway connections.
