PARIS-Segro has reached a contract to acquire a portfolio of eight logistics estates in France for EUR 160.8 million. The company is purchasing the logistics estates in Paris and Lyon from Fonciere Europe Logistique, an affiliate of Fonciere des Regions.
The portfolio contains 13 buildings totaling roughly 2,744,797 square feet. Five properties are located in Paris' Ile de France region and three are situated in Lyon. All eight logistics estates are fully leased. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
