FRANKFURT-DIC Asset AG has acquired the Loftwerk office complex at the Helfmann Park office development in Eschborn for approximately EUR 44 million on behalf of the real estate fund, DIC Office Balance I. The Loftwerk office property was sold by HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung.
The first section of the project will be ready in October 2012. The Loftwerk building is already nearly 75% leased. The office complex comprises a total area of 158,229 square feet. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
