PELL CITY, AL-A former Food World site on Martin Street in Pell City has changed hands. 2nd Street Plaza LLC bought the 57,000-square-foot property from Riverbank Properties for $1 million.
Andrew Chason of Marcus & Millichap said that the new owners are planning to redevelop the retail center. In June, Burke's Outlet and Goody's signed leases at the property. Chason represented 2nd Street Plaza in the deal. Martin Smith of Retail Specialists Inc. represented Goody's in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Birmingham Business Journal .
