JACKSONVILLE, FL-New York-based DRA Advisors LLC has purchased a portfolio of five apartment buildings in Jacksonville for $161 million from Denver-based UDR Inc. The deal was part of UDR's 15-property portfolio that was sold for a combined $477 million.
The five apartment buildings include the 400-unit St. Johns Plantation, the 352-unit Green Tree Place, the 405-unit Westland Park, the 400-unit Antlers Apartments and the 300-unit Kensley. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
