MIAMI BEACH-New York-based Vornado Real Estate Trust has paid $132 million for Lincoln Center, a 166,500-square-foot retail center in South Beach. VCP Lincoln Road, a Vornado affiliate, purchased the retail complex from 1100 Lincoln Road LP, a company managed by Aby Rosen.
The center, constructed in 1999, includes a 298-space parking garage. It is leased to tenants such as Banana Republic, Forever 21, Lacoste, H&M and Regal Cinemas. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
