LONDON-The Coral Student Portfolio, a fund investing in joint ventures with student housing operators and in student housing funds, has backed Round Hill's purchase of the Nido student housing portfolio. Coral's investment in the portfolio is a mix of equity and debt. The Nido portfolio consists of three student housing properties totaling 2,526 beds in Notting Hill, Spitalfields and Kings Cross. This investment further expands Coral's presence in London.
