BUFFALO-Developers Diversified Realty Inc. has sold six plazas to the Blackstone Group for $94 million. The properties included Premier Place Plaza at 7864 Transit Road; Jo-Ann Plaza at 4101 Transit Road in Clarence; Union Consumer Square at 3733 Union Road in Cheektowaga; Walden Consumer Square at 1700 Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga; Walden Place at 2130 Walden Avenue; and a former Borders store on Walden Avenue.
