SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Arizona State Credit Union has sold an industrial building situated close to 78th Street and Greenway Hayden Loop in the Scottsdale Airpark for $2 million. Karp Sunbelt Properties LLC was the buyer of the warehouse spanning 21,000 square feet. Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. Ridgeline Energy Services Inc. is the sole tenant of the industrial property.
