BOYNTON BEACH, FL-Robbins Property Associates has paid $27.1 million to purchase Ashley Lake Park, a 300-unit rental apartment complex situated at 5020 Ashley Lake Drive in Boynton Beach. Capri Capital Partners based in Chicago was the seller of the apartment community, which has an occupancy rate of 93%. The complex features amenities such as a tennis facility, a fitness center and two swimming pools.
