
SEATTLE-Stonebridge Cos., an Englewood, Colorado-based company operating 42 hotels in the US, is acquiring the Seattle Hilton Hotel from R.C. Hedreen Co. for roughly $60 million. The property situated at 1301 Sixth Avenue was listed for sale early this year by R.C. Hedreen to secure financing to acquire a property in Seattle. Stonebridge intends to run the hotel under the Hilton brand.
