LOUISVILLE, KY-Watermark Residential, an Indianapolis-based developer, has bought a 17-acre parcel at La Grange Road and Hurstbourne Parkway in eastern Jefferson County with plans to construct an upscale apartment community. The company purchased the site last week for $2.96 million from Republic Bank & Trust Co.

Watermark Residential has plans to build more than 250 units on the site. The new apartment complex will come up next door to the Forest Green Corporate Office Park. Reed Weinberg of PRG Investments brokered the deal. For the full story, go to Louisville Business First .
