BENSENVILLE, IL-A joint venture led by Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison-ARC Shopping Center REIT Inc. has purchased Brentwood Commons, a shopping center measuring 125,550 square feet at 1145 S. York Road in west suburban Bensenville, for $14.9 million. A venture of Jacksonville, Florida-based shopping center REIT Regency Centers Corp. was the seller.
