CHICAGO-CBRE Global Investors, an investment arm of Los Angeles-based CBRE Inc., has agreed to pay approximately $67 million for One O'Hare Center, a 380,360-square-foot office building in Rosemont. The firm is buying the office tower, located at 6250 N. River Road, from GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH for about $175 per square foot.
GLL bought the 12-story building in January 2006 for about $72.6 million, or roughly $191 per square foot. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
