HONOLULU-The Office of Hawaiian Affairs is buying the Gentry Pacific Design Center, a 185,787-square-foot property at 560 N. Nimitz Highway in Honolulu. The sale has not yet been finalized, but is slated to be closed in August.

For more than 20 years, the Gentry Pacific Design Center housed the headquarters of the Gentry companies. The sale price of the center was not revealed, but the structure and its three lots were assessed for nearly $28.8 million. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
