WASHINGTON, DC-The JBG Cos. has purchased Jefferson Court, a 317,000-square-foot property in Georgetown, from Japan-based N.S.P. Ventures for an undisclosed amount. The eight-story office building is located at 1025 Thomas Jefferson St. NW.
Andrew Weir, Dek Potts, Jim Meisel and Stephen Conley from Holliday Fenoglio Fowler brokered this transaction. Approximately 65% of the building is leased to tenants. JBG has plans to improve lobby and common areas in the building. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
