SEATTLE-Pebblebrook Hotel Trust has paid $32.5 million for the Hotel Vintage Park Seattle, a 124-room hotel in downtown Seattle. The Bethesda, Maryland-based REIT bought the 11-story hotel, located at 1100 Fifth Avenue, from Clearwest VII Seattle Owner LLC, which purchased the hotel in September 2007 for $22.4 million.
Pebblebrook also acquired the Hotel Vintage Plaza Portland for an amount of $30.5 million. Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants will manage both hotels. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
