FORT WORTH-SWBC Real Estate LLC, based in Dallas, has acquired an 18.5-acre parcel within AllianceTexas to develop a Class A apartment complex. The company purchased the land, situated near Interstate 35W and State Highway 170 in north Fort Worth, from Hillwood Properties for an undisclosed price.
SWBC Real Estate will build the 318-unit Overlook Ranch on the land. Construction is scheduled to start by the end of this year and pre-leasing will start in early 2013. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
