
NEW YORK CITY-A vacant parcel at 144 Spring St. is changing hands for approximately $30 million. Ralph Bartel, founder of Travelzoo, is buying the vacant SoHo plot, situated at the southwest edge of Wooster Street, from an entity operated by Centaur Properties.
Bartel is buying the lot to build a multilevel retail structure for one of his brands. Christopher Owles and Michael Glanzberg of Sinvin Real Estate represented both parties in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
