MINNEAPOLIS-The former Superior Plating Inc. property in downtown Minneapolis has changed hands. A partnership of Chicago-based WHI Real Estate Partners and San Francisco-based City Center Realty Partners bought the property at 315 First Ave. N.E. for an undisclosed price.

The 5.44-acre site contains a 110,000-square-foot building. Metal finishing company Superior Plating filed for bankruptcy protection in November 2011. Bankruptcy court records revealed that CCGS Finance decided to pay $2.5 million for the site last year. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
