
FORT WORTH-A real estate investment firm based in San Diego has acquired two office towers in Fort Worth. The firm paid $32 million for the Western Place office complex situated along the West Freeway.
According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, American Recovery Property Trust purchased the twin 10-story office buildings from Santa Ana, California-based NNN Realty Investors and G REIT Liquidating Trust. The office complex was developed in 1978. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
