NEW YORK CITY-William Macklowe has signed an agreement to purchase 386 Park Ave. South, a 20-story high-rise building situated on the edge of East 27th Street. The real estate maven agreed to pay between $110 million and $120 million for the 260,000-square-foot office building.

Monday Properties and Savanna own the property. Savanna bought the majority stake in the building for $44.2 million in 2010. The property is nearly 60% occupied. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
