
DENVER-St. Paul, Minnesota-based St. Paul Properties Inc. has sold an office building measuring 131,000 square feet at 6060 S. Willow Drive in Greenwood Village for $16.1 million. The Griffin Capital Corp. bought the building, which houses Travelers Indemnity Co.'s regional office, for its El Segundo, California-based Griffin Capital Net Lease REIT Inc.
