LONDON-Deutsche Postbank and Credit Agricole CIB have financed the purchase of 1 Kemble Street and CAA House in London. The two banks arranged GBP 60 million in acquisition financing for Almacantar.
Deutsche Postbank and Credit Agricole acted as lead arrangers for the three-year financing. Deutsche Postbank also acted as Security Trustee and Facility Agent. Dechert Luxembourg and Mishcon de Reya advised Almacantar, while Elvinger, Hoss & Prussen, Montagu Evans and Stephenson Harwood advised the lenders in the deal.
