MUSKEGO, WI-Developer Robert Joseph has purchased Muskego Centre, a 43,000-square-foot open-air mall in Muskego, for $2.2 million. The strip center is located at the corner of Janesville Road and Racine Avenue.
The Milwaukee developer bought the retail center as an investment and hired Milwaukee-based Langhoff Commercial LLC to manage it. The property was sold by Laurence Lichter, a Cedarburg developer.
