BROOKFIELD, WI-The Shoppers World of Brookfield situated on West Capitol Drive has changed hands for $15.9 million. The 17.5-acre center is located at the southwest corner of North 124th Street and West Capitol Drive and includes Burlington Coat Factory, Office Max and T.J. Maxx as tenants.
