LONDON-The BBC has reached contracts with developer Stanhope Plc to sell its Television Centre situated in West London for GBP 200 million. The public service broadcaster listed Television Centre on the market for sale in June last year.
The BBC has operated on the West London site since 1960. The 14-acre site contains five core buildings. The Studios and Post Production business of the BBC will continue to remain in the center or find a new location after the sale. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
