GREENSBORO, NC-Highwoods Properties, Inc. has acquired two medical office buildings near Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro and plans to purchase a third one in fall for a total amount of $29.8 million. The Raleigh-based company, which has already acquired the Church Street Medical Two and Three properties, is expecting to purchase Church Street Medical One in the third quarter.
