NASHVILLE-Highwoods Properties, Inc. has sold five office properties encompassing 484,000 square feet in Nashville for $41 million. The five office buildings are situated near the Nashville airport.
Highwoods did not identify the addresses of the buildings. Ed Fritsch, President and CEO of Highwoods, said that the buildings are 86% leased. The properties are classified as non-core assets.
