MEMPHIS-Hillwood Investment Properties, trading as Southpark Distribution Center Inc., has spent $37.25 million on 1.6 million square feet of industrial properties in Southeast Memphis. The Dallas-based commercial developer has purchased the industrial buildings from TIAA Realty Inc.
The properties include Southpark Distribution Center facilities J and K at 4400-4500 Quality Drive; building L at 4500 East Shelby Drive; building M at 4600 East Shelby Drive; building N at 4650 Shelby Drive; and building O at 4585 Quality Drive. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
